Members of the Staff Advisory Council serve on one of the following four standing committees:

Benefits Committee

The Benefits Committee is responsible for publicizing current benefits that staff may be unaware of and act as a liaison between staff and the Benefits Office.

Parking and Transportation

The Parking and Transportation Committee is responsible for making recommendations to the Vice Chancellor for Administrative Services on the regulation of traffic flow and parking needs on and around campus. The Committee meets at Turner Avenue Garage on the 2nd Monday of each month during the lunch hour (pizza and soda are available for a $1 donation).

Staff Awareness

The Staff Awareness Committee facilitates communication between Administration and staff regarding upcoming events and policy changes.

Staff Recogniton Week

The Staff Recognition Week Committee coordinates Staff Recognition Week activities for the benefit of UM employees.
Liaison: All UM SAC Members
