Words from the ChairSalutations! Happy Fourth of July to all of you! As we celebrate the holiday this week, let's take time to remember those who have given their lives to protect our independence as well as those men and women currently serving in the armed forces today! As a reminder, SAC is conducting its annual election this month. We have four vacant positions. Two positions are in the administrative/professional category, each of which is for a three-year term. Two positions are in the service/support category, one of which is for a three-year term and the other is for a one-year term. If you know of someone who would like to be a part of SAC, please consider nominating that person. If you are interested in being a part of SAC, self-nominations are always welcome. You can make a difference! Please submit your nomination form(s) by the July 31, 2007 deadline. Don't forget, our next scheduled meeting is Friday, July 13th, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in the 205 Conference Room, MOREnet. As always, we welcome your comments, questions, and suggestions. We are here for YOU! Warm regards, Rusty |
