Words from the Chair

Greetings!

T-7 days and counting. Yes, that's right! The 2007 UM SAC SRW kick-off begins on May 14th.

Trivial Pursuit will be held on May 15th at the Forum Boulevard Christian Church. The Staff Luncheon will be held on May 16th at the Donald W. Reynolds Alumni Center. The Staff Picnic will be held on May 18th at Twin Lakes Park. All activities are scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

On-line registration for this year's activities has closed; however, if you were not able to sign-up, it still isn't too late. Please contact me as soon as possible and I'll make sure that you are registered for the requested event(s). Also, for your convenience, a registration list on the UM SAC website has been included. You can click here http://www.umsystem.edu/sac/srw/AttendanceSRW.xls to verify the activities you have registered for, spelling of your name, department, meal preference, etc. Please let me know if any of the posted information is incorrect.

Our next scheduled meeting is Friday, May 11th, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in the 205 Conference Room, MOREnet. As always, we welcome your comments, questions, and suggestions. We are here for YOU!

    Staff Advisory Council meetings are open to all UM System Staff. Meeting times are 8:30 a.m. -10:30 a.m. the second Friday of the month. The location of each meeting will change in 2007, so contact a council
    member if you are interested in attending.
